What is AvisaFlow?
AvisaFlow is appointment management software with online booking, customer records, payments, operations, and official WhatsApp automation.
Does AvisaFlow use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. New connections use Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and Embedded Signup. AvisaFlow does not require a WhatsApp Web QR connection.
Who pays WhatsApp message fees?
The business pays Meta directly through its own WhatsApp Business Account. Rates depend on the recipient's country and message category.
Are reminders unlimited?
Appointments and customer records are not metered by AvisaFlow. WhatsApp message delivery is usage-based and billed separately by Meta.
Do customers install an app?
No. Customers receive and answer messages in WhatsApp and can use your browser-based booking page.
How long is the trial?
The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a payment card.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing provides 12 months for the price of 10.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. Cancel renewal from the Stripe customer portal.
